Amazon’s Personal Shopper is a styling subscription service. We needed to improve our landing page and survey funnel to improve our subscription rate.
Problem statement:
How might we redesign the landing page and style survey to create fun, engaging, and inclusive ways to collect users' size, style, and price preferences to increase purchase rates and customer satisfaction?
Business problems:
low survey starting rate
difficult for marketing teams to update, resulting in static and seasonally irrelevant content
high drop rate in style survey
User problems:
shoppers distrust that their clothing items are chosen by an actual stylist
lack of inspiring style content
I conducted a competitor audit to understand common characteristics and improvement opportunities for our site.
